Rajat Singhal is the Co-Founder and CTO of Legacyleap, where he drives the technical vision behind a Gen AI-powered platform reimagining how enterprises modernize legacy systems. With over a decade of experience architecting population-scale AI systems and leading deep tech initiatives across industries, Rajat blends executional clarity with bold innovation.

He pioneered Legacyleap’s AI Agent Crew – a long-lived agentic architecture accelerating modernization with context retention, planning intelligence, and verifiable code transformation. Prior to Legacyleap, Rajat built high-performance data and AI platforms at scale, led large modernization programs, and co-founded multiple initiatives, including Black Basil and DataStoryHub – now integrated into a broader enterprise data offering.
